IT Security Policies Can Cause Network Data Breaches

It’s strange how the network security policies in place at a company can actually damage, rather than enhance their security. Security measures which are too stringent can lead to employees going around security for convenience’s sake. Employees can actually create security vulnerabilities which your IT department may not be able to protect against; because they may be unaware that they exist!
Not long ago, I spoke with the business director of a large company (I’ll call her Susan). Her company’s IT department requires employee passwords for their network be at least eight characters in length and be comprised of a random mix of letters, symbols and numbers. She also must change her passwords every sixty days. While Susan goes along with the security policies put in place by her IT department, if you were to walk into her office, she has her logon password written right there on her desk - “Password: 1jy^hndT”.
The work environment in many companies these days involves understaffing, tight deadlines and long workdays. What Is A HTTP Proxy

The World Wide Web is always growing, and with ever more information being exchanged there inevitable exists more threats from things like fraud, information manipulation, identity theft, and virus attacks. Business and Internet users have always been aware of the dangers with the Internet, and thus have taken steps to protect themselves against malicious software and information stealing.
Also, a persons right to privacy are constantly under increased scrutiny because employers have the capability of monitoring emails, web browsing, and instant messaging conversations. A proxy site, the HTTP type, can be used by surfers to shield their online identity.
This happens by hiding their IP address so that they cannot be traced. Every device and computer connected to the Internet has a unique identifier called an IP address which enables accurate communication and identification across the World Wide Web. People that prey on Internet using can use their address to trace the persons browsing habits and allow them to obtain important information which should not be in other persons hands.

Foreclosure and Identity Theft Scams

Your credit score is a wreck, and your mortgage company is past threatening. Anyone in this predicament would assume that no one would want your identity. What would a thief hope to gain by hitching their wagon to a falling star? You would be amazed to learn the facts. Identities are in jeopardy for more than a no strings attached credit card.
Identity theft and desperation are a winning combination.
A fraud can be a desperate person grabbing at a solution when no hope is in sight. An honest person in a desperate situation can become easy prey for intelligent scam artists. Identity crimes can take many forms you may never even consider.
Fear of loosing everything could make anyone desperate.
Thousands of people in America are facing foreclosure today. A situation compounded by escalating unemployment. Lack of jobs and the resulting falling credit scores directly relate to foreclosures.
